Can I come to my salt therapy session if I am actively sick?

Salt therapy works best as a preventative treatment, or to treat a chronic condition. Please help us limit exposure to active illness and if you think that you or your child are ill, please reschedule your appointment as soon as you are no longer contagious and have been fever free for 24 hours.

What is the recommended number of dry salt therapy sessions?

The ideal number of sessions can vary greatly depending on the type and severity of your condition. Many people experience relief with just one visit, but it is recommended to undergo a series of visits for maximum results. Salt therapy is most effective when administered consistently at a minimum of 2 visits per week for 8-12 weeks. Many clients also use salt therapy as a preventative measure to keep the immune system functioning at it’s best and to lessen the severity of common colds, flu etc.
